Narrative:
Approach control gave us a descent to 9000 ft then because of conflict gave us turns 090 degrees, 130 degrees, 150 degrees, 180 degrees in rapid sequence. TCASII gave a TA of the conflict at the time of the turn to 090 degrees. RA at the time of the 150 degree heading. Then we deviated by TCASII direction in a descent. Controller appears to have turned us in the wrong direction.

Narrative: APCH CTL GAVE US A DSCNT TO 9000 FT THEN BECAUSE OF CONFLICT GAVE US TURNS 090 DEGS, 130 DEGS, 150 DEGS, 180 DEGS IN RAPID SEQUENCE. TCASII GAVE A TA OF THE CONFLICT AT THE TIME OF THE TURN TO 090 DEGS. RA AT THE TIME OF THE 150 DEG HDG. THEN WE DEVIATED BY TCASII DIRECTION IN A DSCNT.
