Narrative:
Writer's second ASRS on aircraft landing runway 13, being told to turn off on taxiway east and turning on runway 4R/22L. Within a 30 min period on this date, an small aircraft and an small transport turned off on runway 4R/22L because no lead line painted on runway to taxiway east. No gars involved this time. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that he may be the only one to submit reports, but this happens almost every day. The union safety representative is compiling a list of all the incidents by day and aircraft type to submit to airport management. Hope to get some action. Reporter will send a copy of this document to ASRS.

Narrative: WRITER'S SECOND ASRS ON ACFT LNDG RWY 13, BEING TOLD TO TURN OFF ON TXWY E AND TURNING ON RWY 4R/22L. WITHIN A 30 MIN PERIOD ON THIS DATE, AN SMA AND AN SMT TURNED OFF ON RWY 4R/22L BECAUSE NO LEAD LINE PAINTED ON RWY TO TXWY E. NO GARS INVOLVED THIS TIME. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THAT HE MAY BE THE ONLY ONE TO SUBMIT RPTS, BUT THIS HAPPENS ALMOST EVERY DAY. THE UNION SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE IS COMPILING A LIST OF ALL THE INCIDENTS BY DAY AND ACFT TYPE TO SUBMIT TO ARPT MGMNT. HOPE TO GET SOME ACTION. RPTR WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT TO ASRS.
