Completed all the checklist. Cleared for takeoff. I was flying. Normal engine instrument indications and acceleration. At approximately 120 KTS stall warning red lights, stickshaker and master warning came on. Aborted takeoff (V1 was 136). No damage or injuries. Advised tower, passenger, and company we were returning to gate.
