Narrative:
At rotation felt and heard nose tire throw tread. Airport inspected runway and found only tire tread. It was concluded by that and talking to maintenance that the tread had been thrown but tire was still inflated in all probability. Also, all aircraft system checked normal and aircraft flew normally. Continued flight to ord. Normal landing with emergency equipment standing by. After landing, nose gear inspected and found right tire inflated but without tread. Taxied to gate. Both nose tires were replaced. Dent found just aft of nose gear well. 3 screws placed in skin in place of 3 loose rivets. Maintenance sign-off and aircraft flew normally on a return trip.
