Narrative:

In sum: an small aircraft pilot landed at hao at XA57, he claims. The airport was to be closed at XB00 by NOTAM for an air show. Another pilot verified the time. The reporter was advised by unicom that he should not land because of radio controled aircraft flying at the airport. An FAA FSDO inspector asked to see the reporter's certificate and medical. The reporter refused. The FSDO inspector got the help of the local police to convince the reporter to show his paperwork. The reporter did not have it with him. The local FSDO issued a letter of investigation into 'reckless' operation in a 'swarm' of radio controled aircraft. The reporter states that his watch agrees with the FSDO inspector's watch within 2 seconds. The reporter believes that he had the right to land before time WB00 and that he did not operate in a reckless manner.
