Narrative:

Departed F70 on a VFR flight. Attempted to contact ont approach while at 4500 ft over lake elsinore. Ont approach answered but referred me to another frequency. It was a busy day on the radio. I made 4 attempts to contact ont approach without success, during which I lost track of position. When I realized I was in their airspace, I climbed to 6500 ft (their limit is 5500 ft in that area) and contacted bur approach.

Narrative: DEPARTED F70 ON A VFR FLT. ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ONT APCH WHILE AT 4500 FT OVER LAKE ELSINORE. ONT APCH ANSWERED BUT REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER FREQ. IT WAS A BUSY DAY ON THE RADIO. I MADE 4 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT ONT APCH WITHOUT SUCCESS, DURING WHICH I LOST TRACK OF POS. WHEN I REALIZED I WAS IN THEIR AIRSPACE, I CLBED TO 6500 FT (THEIR LIMIT IS 5500 FT IN THAT AREA) AND CONTACTED BUR APCH.
