Narrative:
Climbing out of 21000 ft noticed #2 oil filter bypass light illuminated. In accordance with engine oil filter bypass abnormal checklist, retarded throttle to idle. Light stayed on, oil temperature mid yellow range and increasing, shut down #2 engine in accordance with abnormal checklist. Declared emergency and diverted to nearest suitable airport, bwi. Approach and landing uneventful.
