Narrative:

While departing parallel taxiway 18 (sbound) fixed wing pilot claims that my helicopter overflew his twin engine airplane as it taxied on the ground. The pilot was upset by this departure and made this clear by threatening me over the radio. I do not believe I did anything wrong. However, I submit this form as statement of true fact. When I and student were ready for takeoff from the middle of taxiway 18 in aircraft X, an airplane was taxiing on taxiway to runway 36. At the time, wind was light out of the south and I thought the airplane was going to use runway 36 for some reason. I saw nobody over slope area which is south side of south helipads and over south helipads. So I started takeoff from behind him, but with keeping him in sight and have enough distance that was at least 70 ft, and we were climbing right turn over west of south helicopter pads. The altitude when I passed him was approximately 40 ft with climbing right turn to the right crosswind. As I reached right crosswind, the pilot in airplane yelled on radio and asked our number, so I told him our number. As far as I was concerned my takeoff was safe enough and did not fly over the airplane at all. At no time did my aircraft overfly (directly) any fixed wing aircraft on the taxiway at french valley airport, murrieta, ca, as claimed.

Title: HELI INSTRUCTOR PLT DEPARTS FROM TXWY OVERFLYING A TAXIING FIXED WING ACFT.

Narrative: WHILE DEPARTING PARALLEL TXWY 18 (SBOUND) FIXED WING PLT CLAIMS THAT MY HELI OVERFLEW HIS TWIN ENG AIRPLANE AS IT TAXIED ON THE GND. THE PLT WAS UPSET BY THIS DEP AND MADE THIS CLR BY THREATENING ME OVER THE RADIO. I DO NOT BELIEVE I DID ANYTHING WRONG. HOWEVER, I SUBMIT THIS FORM AS STATEMENT OF TRUE FACT. WHEN I AND STUDENT WERE READY FOR TKOF FROM THE MIDDLE OF TXWY 18 IN ACFT X, AN AIRPLANE WAS TAXIING ON TXWY TO RWY 36. AT THE TIME, WIND WAS LIGHT OUT OF THE S AND I THOUGHT THE AIRPLANE WAS GOING TO USE RWY 36 FOR SOME REASON. I SAW NOBODY OVER SLOPE AREA WHICH IS S SIDE OF S HELIPADS AND OVER S HELIPADS. SO I STARTED TKOF FROM BEHIND HIM, BUT WITH KEEPING HIM IN SIGHT AND HAVE ENOUGH DISTANCE THAT WAS AT LEAST 70 FT, AND WE WERE CLBING RIGHT TURN OVER W OF S HELI PADS. THE ALT WHEN I PASSED HIM WAS APPROX 40 FT WITH CLBING R TURN TO THE R XWIND. AS I REACHED R XWIND, THE PLT IN AIRPLANE YELLED ON RADIO AND ASKED OUR NUMBER, SO I TOLD HIM OUR NUMBER. AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED MY TKOF WAS SAFE ENOUGH AND DID NOT FLY OVER THE AIRPLANE AT ALL. AT NO TIME DID MY ACFT OVERFLY (DIRECTLY) ANY FIXED WING ACFT ON THE TXWY AT FRENCH VALLEY ARPT, MURRIETA, CA, AS CLAIMED.
