Air carrier X was on the downwind at tpa level at 4000 ft, crossing air carrier Y traffic at 2600 ft. I issued a speed restriction to the TCASII air carrier X when he advised me that he received an RA and climbed 500 ft.

Narrative: ACR X WAS ON THE DOWNWIND AT TPA LEVEL AT 4000 FT, XING ACR Y TFC AT 2600 FT. I ISSUED A SPD RESTRICTION TO THE TCASII ACR X WHEN HE ADVISED ME THAT HE RECEIVED AN RA AND CLBED 500 FT.
