Narrative:
Air carrier X departed runway 22L, had a TCASII RA with a helicopter being worked by tower. He said he had not been informed about the traffic. Again, communication was accomplished after the TCASII maneuver. Tower area manager advised that VFR helicopter was well clear of the departure lane of runway 22L. The local controller said the helicopter was no factor.

Title: ACR X TCASII RA WITH VFR HELI. EVASIVE ACTION TAKEN.
Narrative: ACR X DEPARTED RWY 22L, HAD A TCASII RA WITH A HELI BEING WORKED BY TWR. HE SAID HE HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE TFC. AGAIN, COM WAS ACCOMPLISHED AFTER THE TCASII MANEUVER. TWR AREA MGR ADVISED THAT VFR HELI WAS WELL CLR OF THE DEP LANE OF RWY 22L. THE LCL CTLR SAID THE HELI WAS NO FACTOR.
