Narrative:

On a flight from hou to atl we were notified by our company radio to contact our company upon landing in atl. We were later notified that, when taxiing onto the runway to depart hou runway 22, we had caused a light aircraft to tip up, damaging a wingtip and propeller. We received no advisory or notification from hou ground or tower and did not see any light aircraft behind us. We used minimum power on both engines to take position on the runway and, as we were cleared 'position and hold runway 22,' we sat there for perhaps a min before taking off.
