Narrative:
At V1 (152 KTS) on takeoff at yokota air force base, the tower controller (military) told us to cancel takeoff clearance, a pickup crossing downfield. It was too late for a safe abort and the traffic was way downfield and already clear of the runway at rotation. Local problem -- 'no reflection on our operation' (departure controller remark).

Narrative: AT V1 (152 KTS) ON TKOF AT YOKOTA AIR FORCE BASE, THE TWR CTLR (MIL) TOLD US TO CANCEL TKOF CLRNC, A PICKUP XING DOWNFIELD. IT WAS TOO LATE FOR A SAFE ABORT AND THE TFC WAS WAY DOWNFIELD AND ALREADY CLR OF THE RWY AT ROTATION. LCL PROB -- 'NO REFLECTION ON OUR OP' (DEP CTLR REMARK).
