Narrative:
Departed bct IFR. Cancelled IFR and stayed on with palm beach for advisories. Palm beach called us with traffic 10 O'clock, 1 mi, descending out of 8000 ft, miami working. I turned into the aircraft after spotting and waved my wings. The large transport was in a slight left turn descent. I maneuvered to the left in a steep bank after determining the large transport was not taking evasive action (to his right). Both palm beach and miami are investigating this incident.
