Narrative:
I took off from eagles nest airport direct to scurry VOR. I tried several times to contact approach control. When I did contact them, they gave me a code to identify and then was advised I was within the TCA. At that time I was approximately 6 mi southeast of the lancaster airport. I tried to stay south of the TCA area but a south wind and my being busy caused me to penetrate the area. We were out of the TCA area within mins due to our east heading and being just on the edge.
