Narrative:
In cruise at FL310, left hydraulic pressure low light illuminated. Noticed pressure and quantity decreasing in left hydraulic system. Turned engine driven pump and transfer pump off for left hydraulic system. Followed pilots operating manual abnormal procedure, declared an emergency, and landed uneventfully at mlu. Taxied to the gate and deplaned. Problem was leaking fitting/hose in tail section.

Narrative: IN CRUISE AT FL310, L HYD PRESSURE LOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED. NOTICED PRESSURE AND QUANTITY DECREASING IN L HYD SYS. TURNED ENG DRIVEN PUMP AND TRANSFER PUMP OFF FOR L HYD SYS.
