Narrative:
I was on a VFR flight from anc to fairbanks at 4000 ft MSL. At approximately wasilla I inadvertently entered IMC. I continued to climb to 7500 ft MSL and transmitted on 121.5. Anc approach handed me off to an air force MTR. They idented me on radar and instructed me to continue north and climb to 8000 ft. I did and eventually, after 45 mins in the clouds, entered an open area, descended and landed at talkeetna to refuel. I contacted the flight school that rented me the airplane, and they brought an instructor to assist me on to fairbanks

Narrative: I WAS ON A VFR FLT FROM ANC TO FAIRBANKS AT 4000 FT MSL. AT APPROX WASILLA I INADVERTENTLY ENTERED IMC. I CONTINUED TO CLB TO 7500 FT MSL AND XMITTED ON 121.5. ANC APCH HANDED ME OFF TO AN AIR FORCE MTR. THEY IDENTED ME ON RADAR AND INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTINUE N AND CLB TO 8000 FT. I DID AND EVENTUALLY, AFTER 45 MINS IN THE CLOUDS, ENTERED AN OPEN AREA, DSNDED AND LANDED AT TALKEETNA TO REFUEL. I CONTACTED THE FLT SCHOOL THAT RENTED ME THE AIRPLANE, AND THEY BROUGHT AN INSTRUCTOR TO ASSIST ME ON TO FAIRBANKS
