Narrative:
Dfw taxi rtes north of taxiway 18 are not depicted on commercial charts (60-9) txwys 15, 16, and 17 are not shown. 3 txwys exist in new large ramp/taxi area, only 2 are shown. Clrncs are being given and accepted daily to various points via various rtes on this new pad. Painting on pad is unacceptable -- numbers and letters are upside down for direction of route. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter describes the taxi 'pad' as huge with confusing lights and marking. It is wide enough for 3 of the largest widebody transport aircraft to be parked wingtip to wingtip. He could not describe the lighting scheme from memory but said it was confusing and inadequate.
