Narrative:

I went 2 sectors away to montebello and asked them to quick look my sector so I could answer the aircraft. I was at sector 60 about 10-15 seconds until my pvd was again operational. I returned to my sector with a handoff flashing to me very close to the boundary. The override lit up and it was L30 asking me to take the handoff. I took the handoff on air carrier X descending to FL200 while still refamiliarizing myself with the sector and making sure my equipment was still set up correctly. Air carrier X checked on frequency, I knew he landed gso and I descended him. I knew within 3-4 seconds that he had to stop at FL200. I reclred him to FL200 for traffic at FL190, cpr Y. At this time air carrier X data block showed him leaving FL201.
