Narrative:
We were leaving isp, ny, on a scheduled flight back to boston with passenger. While climbing out at 7500 ft talking to ZNY on 118.0, I noticed a jumper at my 11 O'clock and inside a mi. My copilot who was flying saw a plane diving at our 1 O'clock high. I immediately called center and told him I had a jumper in sight. He told me he changed us to 132.25. I never acknowledged that call, I don't know if the call was ever made. We changed to 132.25. The controller on 118.0 was busy, he apologized saying he might have missed us. Nothing more was said. It is possible we might have missed it also, out of 10 days, I had worked 9 days with the break in the middle.
