Narrative:

From FBO I was cleared to runway 9L, no mention of txwys. I mistakenly went to runway 27 thinking that I was going to head back to state college and winds were calm. I crossed active runway feeling I had been cleared to the end of runway. Despite traveling 200 yards it was not noticed that I had mistakenly turned the opposite way and a landing aircraft had to make go around due to the mistake. If the taxiway had been reported I would have caught my error.
