Narrative:

It was discovered after our trip that there was an open write-up on the right engine (I believe) concerning a hydraulic leak. The leak had been corrected by maintenance, but never removed from the logbook. The legs we flew were 10. As is SOP, the captain reviews the logbook for prior/open write-ups in the logbook. I understand that at least 6 crews flew this aircraft with the open write-up. Supplemental information from acn 254948: assuming I, in fact, flew with an open entry, contributing factors: frequent aircraft changes, long duty days. Corrective action: take additional time to review the logbook. Additionally, a thorough preflight revealed no discrepancies.
