Narrative:

Takeoff out of clt runway 18R, takeoff normal. We were cleared 200 degree heading and switched departure control. At this time the captain asked me the frequency and I realized I had forgotten our clearance. We advised departure and they gave us our clearance and transponder code.

Narrative: TKOF OUT OF CLT RWY 18R, TKOF NORMAL. WE WERE CLRED 200 DEG HDG AND SWITCHED DEP CTL. AT THIS TIME THE CAPT ASKED ME THE FREQ AND I REALIZED I HAD FORGOTTEN OUR CLRNC. WE ADVISED DEP AND THEY GAVE US OUR CLRNC AND XPONDER CODE.
