Narrative:
During pushback ground crew pushed aircraft into jetway. Just before impact into jetway captain put brakes on. Aircraft still impacted jetway. Maintenance came to act to check damage, and I inspected damage. Mechanics and maintenance control said aircraft was airworthy. Write-up in logbook was singed off. Flew aircraft from phl to clt. On descent heard a strange noise from impact area. At clt, put write-up in logbook again. Maintenance took aircraft to hangar in clt.
