Narrative:
After takeoff and gear retraction, tailskid light remained on. Takeoff normal except slow to accelerate. It was determined tailskid was probably stuck down. Light went out when gear was down. After landing in laguardia, evidence of possible tailskid contact with ground. Numerous write-ups indicating elevator pitch control problems.

Title: AN ACR LGT STRUCK ITS TAILSKID ON TKOF.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF AND GEAR RETRACTION, TAILSKID LIGHT REMAINED ON. TKOF NORMAL EXCEPT SLOW TO ACCELERATE. IT WAS DETERMINED TAILSKID WAS PROBABLY STUCK DOWN. LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN GEAR WAS DOWN. AFTER LNDG IN LAGUARDIA, EVIDENCE OF POSSIBLE TAILSKID CONTACT WITH GND. NUMEROUS WRITE-UPS INDICATING ELEVATOR PITCH CTL PROBS.
