Narrative:
This is an altitude excursion incident. We were climbing out on the mco 2 departure, sav transition and were assigned 33000 ft. I, as captain, was controling the aircraft and at about 31000 ft needed to leave the flight deck. I turned the control over to the first officer. When I returned and sat down, I noticed that we were at 34500 ft and still climbing. I immediately started a descent and acknowledged the error to the center. I do believe this was a fatigue related incident, but still with all its ramifications, concerns me we went over.

Title: FLC OF AN LGT ACR ACFT OVERSHOT ASSIGNED ALT DURING CLB AND RETURNED TO ASSIGNED ALT AND NOTIFIED ATC OF THEIR MISTAKE.
Narrative: THIS IS AN ALT EXCURSION INCIDENT. WE WERE CLBING OUT ON THE MCO 2 DEP, SAV TRANSITION AND WERE ASSIGNED 33000 FT. I, AS CAPT, WAS CTLING THE ACFT AND AT ABOUT 31000 FT NEEDED TO LEAVE THE FLT DECK. I TURNED THE CTL OVER TO THE FO. WHEN I RETURNED AND SAT DOWN, I NOTICED THAT WE WERE AT 34500 FT AND STILL CLBING. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED A DSCNT AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE ERROR TO THE CTR. I DO BELIEVE THIS WAS A FATIGUE RELATED INCIDENT, BUT STILL WITH ALL ITS RAMIFICATIONS, CONCERNS ME WE WENT OVER.
