Narrative:
Air carrier X was cleared for takeoff on runway 27. Runway 27 was clear of traffic and had a light snow covering. During takeoff roll between 110 and 115 KIAS we noticed an air carrier Y, md-80 on landing rollout on runway 18R, an intersecting runway. Prior to V1, 119 KIAS it was clear that there was going to be a runway incursion. We rotated at vr, 121 KIAS and pitched to 15 degrees to hold V2. We maintained V2 for 400 ft. We cleared the air carrier Y traffic with about 100 ft to spare. The air carrier Y had an incursion of about 25 ft into the departure runway. Supplemental information from acn 262592: we were cleared for takeoff on runway 27. Runway 27 was clear of traffic and lightly snow covered. V1 and vr were 119 and 121 KIAS. Upon takeoff roll between 100-110 KIAS we noticed an md-80 approaching our runway intersection on runway 18R. Since the runway was lightly snow covered and it appeared we had less then 2000 ft between us and air carrier Y, we continued the takeoff, rotating prior to the intersection of runway 18R. We estimated we cleared air carrier Y by approximately 100 ft. Air carrier Y apparently stopped with approximately 25 ft of its nose protruding onto runway 27.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: MULTIPLE RWY OP INTERSECTING RWYS. ACR Y RWY INCURSION, LNDG. HAD LTSS FROM ACR X ON TKOF. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: ACR X WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 27. RWY 27 WAS CLR OF TFC AND HAD A LIGHT SNOW COVERING. DURING TKOF ROLL BTWN 110 AND 115 KIAS WE NOTICED AN ACR Y, MD-80 ON LNDG ROLLOUT ON RWY 18R, AN INTERSECTING RWY. PRIOR TO V1, 119 KIAS IT WAS CLR THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE A RWY INCURSION. WE ROTATED AT VR, 121 KIAS AND PITCHED TO 15 DEGS TO HOLD V2. WE MAINTAINED V2 FOR 400 FT. WE CLRED THE ACR Y TFC WITH ABOUT 100 FT TO SPARE. THE ACR Y HAD AN INCURSION OF ABOUT 25 FT INTO THE DEP RWY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 262592: WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 27. RWY 27 WAS CLR OF TFC AND LIGHTLY SNOW COVERED. V1 AND VR WERE 119 AND 121 KIAS. UPON TKOF ROLL BTWN 100-110 KIAS WE NOTICED AN MD-80 APCHING OUR RWY INTXN ON RWY 18R. SINCE THE RWY WAS LIGHTLY SNOW COVERED AND IT APPEARED WE HAD LESS THEN 2000 FT BTWN US AND ACR Y, WE CONTINUED THE TKOF, ROTATING PRIOR TO THE INTXN OF RWY 18R. WE ESTIMATED WE CLRED ACR Y BY APPROX 100 FT. ACR Y APPARENTLY STOPPED WITH APPROX 25 FT OF ITS NOSE PROTRUDING ONTO RWY 27.
