Narrative:
Aborted takeoff at 60 KIAS due to takeoff warning horn. Horn sounded because speed brake handle was not in the full down detent position. It was up just enough to activate the horn but not anywhere close to being noticed visually. I always check it before takeoff by pushing it forward with my hand. This one was just a little more sticky than usual. After clearing the runway, an engine runup was accomplished to test the takeoff warning system to confirm that it was the speed brake that activated the warning horn. Flight departed and operations were normal thereafter.
