Narrative:
Lost 1 channel's high voltage and the other channel had been released to maintenance. For 4 mins charlotte was secondary radar only. Later in the day radar channel a went into alarm and for an unknown reason dropped offline. The ASR 9 WX video control also went offline. The maintenance people were in the building at the time but offered no reason why it went offline. Charlotte definitely has problems with the ASR 9. We need to have our system evaluated and a determination made on what to do to fix our continuous problems.
