Narrative:
We were cleared for 9R (ILS) visual approach. When on final approach, another air carrier was cleared for 8L visual. He over shot the 8L, 8R, 9L final approach courses and got on the 9R approach above and behind us. When we saw him we advised ATC, TCASII conflict triggered an evasive maneuvered which we followed, increasing pitch to avoid a midair, we had to follow TCASII on 2 different instances to stay clear of the other aircraft. The wind was not very strong. The aircraft was cleared from the north with a wind estimate 17/08. I believe that loss of situational awareness coupled with inaction may be a contributing factor.

Title: ACR HDG TRACK DEV ON VISUAL APCH CREATES POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR 9R (ILS) VISUAL APCH. WHEN ON FINAL APCH, ANOTHER AIR CARRIER WAS CLEARED FOR 8L VISUAL.
