Narrative:
On an approach into easterwood airport (cll) tower advised us to report rowdy (the final approach fix). I was distracted by monitoring the instruments (as the PNF) and completing the landing checklist, and did not report rowdy (FAF) and subsequently landed without a landing clearance. To prevent or correct this I suggest incorporating any radio calls (FAF inbound, etc.) into my landing checklist flows, or have the tower controller be more inquisitive, anticipate a missed call especially if seeing our aircraft on final, ask our position to make sure we respond to a report from the final approach fix.

Title: COMMUTER FLC FAILS TO CALL TWR AT FAF, LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: ON AN APCH INTO EASTERWOOD ARPT (CLL) TWR ADVISED US TO RPT ROWDY (THE FINAL APCH FIX). I WAS DISTRACTED BY MONITORING THE INSTS (AS THE PNF) AND COMPLETING THE LNDG CHKLIST, AND DID NOT RPT ROWDY (FAF) AND SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED WITHOUT A LNDG CLRNC. TO PREVENT OR CORRECT THIS I SUGGEST INCORPORATING ANY RADIO CALLS (FAF INBOUND, ETC.) INTO MY LNDG CHKLIST FLOWS, OR HAVE THE TWR CTLR BE MORE INQUISITIVE, ANTICIPATE A MISSED CALL ESPECIALLY IF SEEING OUR ACFT ON FINAL, ASK OUR POS TO MAKE SURE WE RESPOND TO A RPT FROM THE FINAL APCH FIX.
