Narrative:
When throttles advanced for takeoff the takeoff warning horn sounded. 5-10 KTS was maximum speed obtained prior to taxi off runway. All control surfaces, trim, etc checked and found normal. Returned to gate and discovered faulty indicating circuit for led's (led's were in correct position, but circuit was bad).
