Narrative:
Flight was landed short of planned destination. Lax, at ont due to stronger than planned en route winds, earlier than planned descent and decrease followed by an increase in required airspeed, requested by the givet 4 profile approach into lax rather than burning into my reserve fuel for lax and severely limiting my options, I elected to change my destination and land at ont, arriving at ont with 3800 pounds of fuel onboard.
