Narrative:

Clearance was papa hold short of november (outer), I was occupied with after landing chores. (Crew log entries, ACARS entries, after landing flow and checklist, etc.) after an aircraft taxied by (left to right), captain began left turn from papa, (parallel to runway 9R). I thought he had received clearance to ramp. I was busy and frequency was congested. Ground controller pointed out our error. Perception: captain is a good professional. (It follows that I felt he knew more than I did.) performance factors: company procedures overload first officer's. Captain is only to control aircraft and ask for checklists during taxi. Inaction: I should have questioned captain as soon as he continued taxi.
