Narrative:
Arriving at gate, ground personnel began scurrying around at the same time I saw smoke billowing from the right side. I thought we had a tail pipe fire and made preparations to extinguish it. I then heard someone say brake fire and ordered the flight attendants to get everyone off and not to use the right exits. Ground personnel extinguished the fire with portable bottles. No injuries reported. Supplemental information from acn 275023: landing and rollout had been normal.
