Narrative:
VOR and radio were breaking up. As a result, was unable to report having a very seriously sick wife aboard. Sickness due to prescription medication being taken, creating a reaction. Due to wife's behavior in aircraft, found it impossible to fly any longer and landed without permission, as stated before radio was breaking up creating an unsolvable situation other than to land as quickly as possible.
