Narrative:
After takeoff at 2000 ft, the so said he could not pressurize the aircraft. The captain asked for 6000 ft to level off. After we leveled off, we discovered the front door was leaking and that all door lights were out. Once we determined the structural integrity was safe, we did the unpressurized flight checklist. Next, we determined there was enough fuel to proceed to stl at 10000 ft. WX on the route and stl was clear. We would re-check fuel at ind and, if not enough, we would land there. Flight went as planned and we landed in stl with 8900 pounds of fuel.

Title: ACFT UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF AT 2000 FT, THE SO SAID HE COULD NOT PRESSURIZE THE ACFT. THE CAPT ASKED FOR 6000 FT TO LEVEL OFF. AFTER WE LEVELED OFF, WE DISCOVERED THE FRONT DOOR WAS LEAKING AND THAT ALL DOOR LIGHTS WERE OUT. ONCE WE DETERMINED THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY WAS SAFE, WE DID THE UNPRESSURIZED FLT CHKLIST. NEXT, WE DETERMINED THERE WAS ENOUGH FUEL TO PROCEED TO STL AT 10000 FT. WX ON THE RTE AND STL WAS CLR. WE WOULD RE-CHK FUEL AT IND AND, IF NOT ENOUGH, WE WOULD LAND THERE. FLT WENT AS PLANNED AND WE LANDED IN STL WITH 8900 LBS OF FUEL.
