Narrative:
ZBW gave us a descent clearance from 13000 ft MSL to 11000 ft MSL. We were approximately 30 NM northwest of cmk VOR. Both pilots became distracted while trouble-shooting a warning flag on the LORAN-C and passed through 11000 ft MSL and arrested the altitude bust at 10600 ft MSL. We promptly climbed back to 11000 ft MSL and leveled off. A short time later, ZBW called us but then declined to ask a question. We surmise that the controller's altitude switch alerted our transgression but before he noticed it we were on our cleared altitude. We need to pay attention to our flying and properly divide trouble-shooting jobs between the pilots at the proper times.

Title: ALT OVERSHOOT ON DSCNT.
Narrative: ZBW GAVE US A DSCNT CLRNC FROM 13000 FT MSL TO 11000 FT MSL. WE WERE APPROX 30 NM NW OF CMK VOR. BOTH PLTS BECAME DISTRACTED WHILE TROUBLE-SHOOTING A WARNING FLAG ON THE LORAN-C AND PASSED THROUGH 11000 FT MSL AND ARRESTED THE ALT BUST AT 10600 FT MSL. WE PROMPTLY CLBED BACK TO 11000 FT MSL AND LEVELED OFF. A SHORT TIME LATER, ZBW CALLED US BUT THEN DECLINED TO ASK A QUESTION. WE SURMISE THAT THE CTLR'S ALT SWITCH ALERTED OUR TRANSGRESSION BUT BEFORE HE NOTICED IT WE WERE ON OUR CLRED ALT. WE NEED TO PAY ATTN TO OUR FLYING AND PROPERLY DIVIDE TROUBLE-SHOOTING JOBS BTWN THE PLTS AT THE PROPER TIMES.
