Narrative:

Visual approach to runway 25L. Other aircraft to runway 25R. I did not have other aircraft in sight. Overshot final slightly and came across final for runway 25R. Other aircraft came fairly close setting off TCASII RA. I took evasive action but other aircraft did not. He had us in sight and did not believe action was necessary.

Narrative: VISUAL APCH TO RWY 25L. OTHER ACFT TO RWY 25R. I DID NOT HAVE OTHER ACFT IN SIGHT. OVERSHOT FINAL SLIGHTLY AND CAME ACROSS FINAL FOR RWY 25R. OTHER ACFT CAME FAIRLY CLOSE SETTING OFF TCASII RA. I TOOK EVASIVE ACTION BUT OTHER ACFT DID NOT. HE HAD US IN SIGHT AND DID NOT BELIEVE ACTION WAS NECESSARY.
