Narrative:
Gear up landing in piper lance. WX conditions and cabin passenger anxiety contributing to pilot distraction. One child sick and vomiting, another child (2 yr old) crying and screaming and accompanying mother very anxious and fearful of flying even on blue bird VFR days. Descent relatively rapid and airspeed also somewhat increased and therefore gear up warning and automatic release did not engage until flare just above runway. No injuries to pilot or passenger. Plane received propeller and flap damage with minimal other damage.
