Narrative:
During a part 135 commuter flight I was hand flying an ics to atl 8L. The captain forgot to change to tower and stayed on final approach controller until after landing (no landing clearance). The airport was dead quiet with no aircraft in front or behind us and no aircraft waiting for departure. I changed to tower and they told us to proceed with taxi. No further incident occurred.
