Narrative:

Cleared position and hold runway 34L with short delay for route separation. Ab was cleared to land before we were on frequency. Tower controller forgot about us. Ab pilots saw our aircraft on runway and did go around. Perhaps ATC should have a probable maximum position and hold time before clearing an aircraft on a runway.
