Narrative:

Captain conducting IOE (initial operating experience) for first officer. First officer flying approach into atlanta. Approach cleared us for a visual to runway 26R. After contacting tower they cleared us for a visual to runway 26L. Approach was normal, at about 1 mi from runway, aircraft was slightly low, correction was made. Touchdown flare was slightly high and as aircraft settled, nose was raised too high and tail skid contacted runway. No damage to aircraft.

Narrative: CAPT CONDUCTING IOE (INITIAL OPERATING EXPERIENCE) FOR FO. FO FLYING APCH INTO ATLANTA. APCH CLRED US FOR A VISUAL TO RWY 26R. AFTER CONTACTING TWR THEY CLRED US FOR A VISUAL TO RWY 26L. APCH WAS NORMAL, AT ABOUT 1 MI FROM RWY, ACFT WAS SLIGHTLY LOW, CORRECTION WAS MADE. TOUCHDOWN FLARE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGH AND AS ACFT SETTLED, NOSE WAS RAISED TOO HIGH AND TAIL SKID CONTACTED RWY. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT.
