Narrative:
During takeoff, after rotation at approximately 140 KTS on runway 32R at ord, we hit a bird on the lower right hand part of the aircraft. We notified ord tower of the bird strike. On landing at oma, damage was discovered on the lower right hand section of the radome. Radome was replaced. No other damage was discovered by maintenance at oma. FAA form 5200-7 was completed.

Title: BIRD STRIKE ON TKOF.
Narrative: DURING TKOF, AFTER ROTATION AT APPROX 140 KTS ON RWY 32R AT ORD, WE HIT A BIRD ON THE LOWER R HAND PART OF THE ACFT. WE NOTIFIED ORD TWR OF THE BIRD STRIKE. ON LNDG AT OMA, DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED ON THE LOWER R HAND SECTION OF THE RADOME. RADOME WAS REPLACED. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED BY MAINT AT OMA. FAA FORM 5200-7 WAS COMPLETED.
