Narrative:
On side 2 of the hi 1/2 chart, rifle VOR has latitude coordinates of 27 degrees 31.7 mins north. This cannot be correct with meeker (ekr) VOR to the north indicating 40 degrees north -- 4 mins west -- and grand junction (jnc) VOR to the south indicating 39 degrees north -- 3.6 mins west. The only reason I noticed it was because I was using it for an accuracy check for our ltn-311.
