Narrative:
I was in a VFR flight using flight following from bryon coulter (cfo) to san antonio international (sat). Sat approach had me proceed direct to the sat VOR. Approximately 10-15 mi from the VOR I asked if I could have runway 12R after being told I would use runway 12L. I was told no because there was already too much traffic in sequence for runway 12R. Approximately 3-4 mi from the VOR I was told to enter a left base for runway 12L and to contact the tower. I turned from a heading of approximately 210 to 190 to head toward the airport. Approximately 3-4 mi from the airport I turned back to a heading of 210 on a high left base for runway 12L. The local controller was having trouble contacting a mooney (my aircraft was also a mooney) that was following a cessna (172 I think). I was cleared to land on runway 12L. I was high and used flaps, gear and speed brakes to descend. Just as I was touching down on runway 12L, a pilot came on the air and said someone flew over the top of him. Tower did not answer. He called again in 10-15 seconds and stated again that an airplane flew over the top of him and was now in runway 12L (me). Tower told him to make a 360 degree. I keyed my microphone and said that I had been cleared to land on runway 12L. I never saw the other aircraft, tower told me to hold short of runway 12R and to contact ground. Ground cleared me to cross runway 12R and to taxi to parking. I believe the controller got confused with me and the other mooney (the other mooney had at least 1 letter in his call sign, mine is all numeric). I know I was cleared for runway 12L. I was never told to switch to runway 12R. Neither the tower nor ground never said anything to me about my landing.

Title: ANOTHER PLT ALLEGES THE RPTR 'FLEW OVER THE TOP' OF HIM. THE RPTR NEVER SAW THE OTHER PLT.
Narrative: I WAS IN A VFR FLT USING FLT FOLLOWING FROM BRYON COULTER (CFO) TO SAN ANTONIO INTL (SAT). SAT APCH HAD ME PROCEED DIRECT TO THE SAT VOR. APPROX 10-15 MI FROM THE VOR I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE RWY 12R AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD USE RWY 12L. I WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE THERE WAS ALREADY TOO MUCH TFC IN SEQUENCE FOR RWY 12R. APPROX 3-4 MI FROM THE VOR I WAS TOLD TO ENTER A L BASE FOR RWY 12L AND TO CONTACT THE TWR. I TURNED FROM A HDG OF APPROX 210 TO 190 TO HEAD TOWARD THE ARPT. APPROX 3-4 MI FROM THE ARPT I TURNED BACK TO A HDG OF 210 ON A HIGH L BASE FOR RWY 12L. THE LCL CTLR WAS HAVING TROUBLE CONTACTING A MOONEY (MY ACFT WAS ALSO A MOONEY) THAT WAS FOLLOWING A CESSNA (172 I THINK). I WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 12L. I WAS HIGH AND USED FLAPS, GEAR AND SPD BRAKES TO DSND. JUST AS I WAS TOUCHING DOWN ON RWY 12L, A PLT CAME ON THE AIR AND SAID SOMEONE FLEW OVER THE TOP OF HIM. TWR DID NOT ANSWER. HE CALLED AGAIN IN 10-15 SECONDS AND STATED AGAIN THAT AN AIRPLANE FLEW OVER THE TOP OF HIM AND WAS NOW IN RWY 12L (ME). TWR TOLD HIM TO MAKE A 360 DEG. I KEYED MY MIKE AND SAID THAT I HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 12L. I NEVER SAW THE OTHER ACFT, TWR TOLD ME TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 12R AND TO CONTACT GND. GND CLRED ME TO CROSS RWY 12R AND TO TAXI TO PARKING. I BELIEVE THE CTLR GOT CONFUSED WITH ME AND THE OTHER MOONEY (THE OTHER MOONEY HAD AT LEAST 1 LETTER IN HIS CALL SIGN, MINE IS ALL NUMERIC). I KNOW I WAS CLRED FOR RWY 12L. I WAS NEVER TOLD TO SWITCH TO RWY 12R. NEITHER THE TWR NOR GND NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY LNDG.
