Narrative:
Ground control for the company towed our aircraft. When towing the aircraft they used a safety gear pin. Myself and captain took off with the gear pin installed, when taking off the nose gear didn't retract. I was responsible for the preflight and didn't see the gear pin stalled.

Title: RETURN LAND DUE NOSE GEAR PIN NOT REMOVED.
Narrative: GND CTL FOR THE COMPANY TOWED OUR ACFT. WHEN TOWING THE ACFT THEY USED A SAFETY GEAR PIN. MYSELF AND CAPT TOOK OFF WITH THE GEAR PIN INSTALLED, WHEN TAKING OFF THE NOSE GEAR DIDN'T RETRACT. I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREFLT AND DIDN'T SEE THE GEAR PIN STALLED.
