Narrative:
Regional approach failed to switch us to the tower frequency. I realized on a very short final that we had not contacted the tower and elected to continue the landing and rollout. There was no conflict or danger to any other traffic, but I believe both controllers and pilots should be more careful and confirm handoffs and clrncs.

Title: LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: REGIONAL APCH FAILED TO SWITCH US TO THE TWR FREQ. I REALIZED ON A VERY SHORT FINAL THAT WE HAD NOT CONTACTED THE TWR AND ELECTED TO CONTINUE THE LNDG AND ROLLOUT. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT OR DANGER TO ANY OTHER TFC, BUT I BELIEVE BOTH CTLRS AND PLTS SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL AND CONFIRM HDOFS AND CLRNCS.
