Narrative:

On jan/xx/95 I was a first officer on a flight. The ATIS at the time was calling for light freezing rain. On the walkaround at XA20 I determined that there was no freezing rain, and I discussed that with the captain. We taxied for takeoff at XA29. We went through the deicing pad, got deiced, and determined through direct observation, that there was not any freezing rain at the time of takeoff.
