Narrative:
We were a be-1900 cleared for visual runway 11L at msp int arriving from the northwest. An air carrier 727 was being vectored for the 11R visual, but did not have airport in sight. The 727 missed 3 or 4 radio calls from approach, and they seemed confused. When they finally did answer, they said we passed over them at 200 ft. I was satisfied we maintained proper visual separation.
