Narrative:
After takeoff, on after takeoff checklist, noted right main gear red and green lights on. Put gear back down. All indications were normal. Leveled off, requested ATC return to dfw. Asked for trucks as precaution. Landed normally. All checklists and procedures were followed per far and air carrier operations. 5TH problem on same gear in as many as 5 days.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG RETURNED TO LAND AFTER GEAR WOULD NOT INDICATE COMPLETELY RETRACTED AFTER TKOF.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF, ON AFTER TKOF CHKLIST, NOTED R MAIN GEAR RED AND GREEN LIGHTS ON. PUT GEAR BACK DOWN. ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. LEVELED OFF, REQUESTED ATC RETURN TO DFW. ASKED FOR TRUCKS AS PRECAUTION. LANDED NORMALLY. ALL CHKLISTS AND PROCS WERE FOLLOWED PER FAR AND ACR OPS. 5TH PROB ON SAME GEAR IN AS MANY AS 5 DAYS.
